Malzahn: Pettway out against Alabama A&M, White uncertain

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) – No. 18 Auburn’s leading rusher Kamryn Pettway will miss his second straight game with a left leg injury.

Tigers coach Gus Malzahn also said Tuesday that quarterback Sean White is “day to day, week to week.” White aggravated an earlier injury to his right, throwing shoulder in a 13-7 loss to Georgia but stayed in the game.

Malzahn says safety Johnathan Ford is working at tailback, where Kerryon Johnson is nursing an ankle injury. Running back Stanton Truitt hurt an ankle early in the Georgia game.

H-back Chandler Cox will miss the Alabama A&M game with a leg injury. Receiver/punt returner Marcus Davis is out for the final two regular season games with a shoulder injury.
