Progress Continues on Lower Dexter Ave

Progress continues in Downtown Montgomery.

Lower Dexter Avenue continues to see improvement.
One of the major projects is the old Kress building.
It will house restaurants and retail space for businesses and some of those are  already set up in at One Court Square incubator.

“The really exciting thing is the 30 apartments that will go upstairs and spectacular views. The ones on the back can get you the Biscuits stadium and long views of the river. If you go up front, there are a couple or 3 up there that give the full span of historic Dexter avenue,” said Mayor Todd Strange.

Across the street, there is more apartment space.
And an opening for a small park.
The mayor says all of it should be complete by mid-summer.
