Josh Ninke

Weekend News Anchor and Reporter

Josh Ninke joined Alabama News Network in March 2013 as a general assignment reporter and became weekend news anchor in July 2015. He is very excited to cover the Alabama State House and the politics that affect viewers’ everyday lives.

Josh graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Digital and Broadcast Journalism and a minor in music. He is very proud to be a Bulldog and looks forward to seeing them play between the hedges every year.

Before moving to Montgomery, Josh worked at WTVM in Columbus, Georgia, where he was a general assignment reporter and member of the web team. Columbus is also Josh’s hometown. It was a great experience for him to work with anchors he grew up watching.

When not at work, you can find Josh running, reading, enjoying all kinds of music and exploring local restaurants. He likes to cook, but it’s nice to take a break from time to time to see what Montgomery has to offer!
