Having that Extra Cup of Coffee May Actually be Good for You

Coffee may not be as dehydrating to your system as first thought.

British researchers had one group of men drink four mugs of coffee and another drink the same amount of water for three days.

Then they switched drinks after a two week break.

The study found no difference in hydration between the groups.
