Cold Weather Can Help You Lose Weight

There's a silver lining to all this cold weather.

Spending more time in the cold could help you lose weight.

Researchers in the Netherlands say when our bodies work to control body temperature we expend energy. 

They found that after six hours a day in the mild cold for 10 days, people in the study increased a certain type of fat that generates heat and burns calories.
