Health Benefits of A Mediterranean-Style Diet

Middle-aged women who follow a Mediterranean-style diet are more likely to be in better physical and mental health as they age.

Researchers found women who ate a diet filled with vegetables, whole grains and fish were 40 percent more likely to live past the age of 70 with no chronic illnesses and no cognitive impairment.
