Kids in the South at Risk for Hay Fever

New research finds more than 18-percent of young people in the United States have hay fever and children in the south suffer more.

Climate likely plays a big role, especially since temperatures and the UV index are higher in the south.

Hay fever is common in the spring and fall, but can last year round for some.
