Women trying to get pregnant through in vitro fertilization may want to check their vitamin D levels.

A new study finds women with vitamin D deficiencies are about half as likely to conceive, while women with adequate levels of the vitamin are more likely to get pregnant.

Researchers say vitamin D supplements are a simple way to increase levels.
