Auburn Fans React, Share Memories of Phillip Lutzenkirchen

 Hearts are heavy at Toomer's Corner, students devastated by the news of a former Auburn football star's death in a car accident.

And this is one the best way tiger fans know how to come together. Rolling Toomer's Corner at 4:30 p.m. for number 43 Phillip Lutzenkirchen. 
Morgan Jackson, Auburn Legend Bo Jackson's Daughter said, "This isn't just a time to mourn and be sad. We can also celebrate and share stories. We don't just come together for football game we come together for everything. "
Morgan Jackson helped spread the word to have students come together in grief, but also to celebrate-- A man who was known on the field.
Jordan Bean said, "I just think of that play in the Iron Bowl where Cam is rolling out and the call is so good he's like 'he's got Lutzenkirchen.' and then Lutzenkirchen's got for the touchdown. man he's seriously one of the most exciting players."
And also well regarded off the field. Madison Snowden said, "He was the nicest most fun guy to be around. And he was really fun loving and wasn't cocky at all he was just really easy to talk to."
Kenny Streit said, "He was always saying hey to people. Every time I saw him people were calling him by his nickname or whatever 'Lutzy' you know. I would see him walking around campus he was a really nice guy."
Jessica Carroll, a family friend said, "He's so happy I bet. He's looking down on us. It's a beautiful day that's a great sign...Just keep doing the lutzy. The lutzy."
