Murder Suspect David Johnson Back Behind Bars

By Alabama News Network

Attorneys say David Johnson the third voluntarily turned himself in to Selma police yesterday.

As Alabama News Network reported, Johnson was released from jail on a 100 thousand dollar bond in connection with the shooting death of Terrance Effinger - - who was shot to death inside Johnson's barbershop in Selma.

Dallas County District Attorney Michael Jackson says Johnson was already out on bond on an assault charge when the barbershop shooting took place, which is why he asked a judge to put him back behind bars.
