Bank Bringing Jobs to Montgomery

By Molly Clifton

Hancock Bank is moving a corporate and operation center to the city of Montgomery.

The center will be located in Montgomery's Capitol Commerce Center.

It will be home to the company's operations, call center, commercial banking and support professionals.

The bank says it plans to employ 200 people at this location.

About half of those positions will be filled with new employees.

Officials say they expect to fill the positions within the next year.
