Union Springs Police are Investigating an Armed Robbery

Union Springs police are investigating an armed robbery. Police say the robbery happened earlier this week at the BP station on South Prairie Street. The suspect entered the building early in the morning with a handgun and demanded cash from the attendant.

They are described as a black male, six feet tall who speaks with an accent. He was wearing blue jean shorts, a black shirt with logo, and a red hat.
