Troy University Students Suspended for Alleged Gang Rape

Two Troy University students have been suspended from school after allegations they were involved in a gang rape over Spring Break in Panama City, Florida.

Ryan Calhoun and Delonte Martistee were arrested and charged with sexual battery by multiple perpetrators. The Bay County Sheriff’s office says a video was found by Troy Police during a shooting investigation that appeared to be of a gang rape on Panama City Beach last month.

After speaking with witnesses, Bay County officials determined the incident happened behind Spinnaker, a bar along the beach.
