Update: MPD Says Domestic Violence Suspect in Custody

The Montgomery Police Department’s says Joseph Horne was arrested over the weekend.

The Montgomery Police Department’s Domestic Violence Bureau was searching for Horne, 34,  in reference to an unserved domestic violence warrant.
