Golden Tigers football season ticket sales begin July 11th

TUSKEGEE, Ala. (goldentigersports.com) —  Tuskegee University will begin selling season tickets on campus July 11 for the upcoming 2016 football season that includes three home games.

Tuskegee (10-3 in 2015) appeared in the NCAA Division II quarterfinals last season for the first time and was awarded the HSRN HBCU Division II national championship for their efforts. The Golden Tigers return 16 starters from a season ago, including four players who were selected all-conference at the end of the season.

The Golden Tigers will play their first home game against Lane College on September 24 on Parents Weekend. UNC Pembroke will follow that game on October 1, which will be Band Day and Open House weekend.

The final home game on the slate for the Golden Tigers is the 92nd annual Homecoming game, which this year will take place October 22 against Kentucky State University.

Season tickets for 2016 are $110 for reserved seats (which include parking) and $90 for general admission. Single game tickets for 2016 are $25 for reserved seating, $20 for general admission and $10 for Tuskegee University faculty/staff (limit one ticket).

Individual game tickets for homecoming are $40 for reserved seating and $30 for general admission.

Although season tickets will go on sale July 11, the Tuskegee University athletic ticket office will begin selling tickets on campus July 1 for the 5th Quarter Classic to be held in Mobile against Florida A&M University.
