Mayor Johnny Ford says this is a tradition the city hopes to expand every year.

“This is our fun,” he shared, “but we are going to keep fighting for these kinds of activities in our community. It’s good, wholesome fun and it demonstrates that the people can create their own fun and activities.”

The city will continue celebrating the 4th of July with ceremonies honoring Booker T. Washington and Lewis Adams Monday morning.  Monday night they will have live music on Lake Tuskegee and a fireworks show.

The fair is open every night from 5:30-10 p.m. through July 4th.
