Exclusive: Montgomery Mother Wants Answers After Son’s Death

Back in April we told you about Rickem Samuel, a Montgomery man who went missing. His body was recently found in a wooded area in downtown Montgomery, and now his mother is speaking out, and is seeking justice in her son’s death.

It was Ericka Davis’ hope that her son, Rickem, would come home, but that all changed when she received news from Montgomery investigators that her son’s remains were found on South Hopper Street last Thursday. Montgomery Police say they will not comment further on any details regarding the case because it’s an ongoing investigation, but investigators are treating the case as a homicide.
Witnesses say Samuel was last seen getting into a black car with tinted windows at the Wal Mart on Eastern Boulevard on April 2nd.

Rickem’s Mother has not set any funeral plans, but if you would like to help the family with funeral donations go to Regions Bank and ask for Ericka Davis Charity For Rickem Samuel. You can also go to the family’s Go Fund Me account. Gofundme.com/rickemdewonsamuel.
