Naming Contest for Montgomery Zoo’s Baby Hippo
Last week, the Montgomery Zoo introduced us to its newest attraction, a pygmy hippopotamus calf.
Now he needs a name, and that’s where you come in.
The montgomery zoo is now accepting suggestions on what to name him. All submissions must be in by 5 pm on July 31st.
After the deadline, zoo officials will narrow the pool of names down and the name will be announced at a ceremony some time in the month of August.
