Campers will have a chance to meet the coaches as well as the players while working on hitting, defense and pitching.

The majority of the athletes that go through the camp get recruited whether its by ASU themselves or other local colleges.

“We, as a program, take these types of camp seriously because we want athletes to be the best they can be and play at that college level,” said coach Chris Steiner-Wilcoxson.

The camp will be located at the Alabama State University campus at the Barbara Williams Softball Complex. The camp will begin at 11:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. on Sunday August 28. Registration will start at 10:30 a.m. so get there early.  The cost for the camp will be $100.
