EXTRA: Gov. Kay Ivey Marks First 100 Days in Office

Gov. Kay Ivey is marking her 100th day in office this week. She took office April 10, after former Gov. Robert Bentley resigned during an investigation into his administration and personal conduct.

Ivey sat down with Alabama News Network anchor Stefanie Hicks for an Exclusive one-on-one interview to talk about her first 100 days. Ivey pointed out that newly-elected governors have the time between election day in November and their inauguration in January to put together their staff and agenda.  Ivey is having to do that while on the job.
