Former Wetumpka City Councilman Dies
Former Wetumpka City Councilman Percy Gill has died.
Mayor Jerry Willis has confirmed Percy Gill died Thursday night.
Willis says Gill suffered a stroke a few days ago.
Gill was known for his passion of working with young people.
Funeral Arrangements have not been announced.
