Civil Rights Activist Rev. Robert Graetz Dies
Officials with the Troy University Rosa Parks Museum in Montgomery confirmed the news.
Rev. Graetz and his wife Jean came to Montgomery in 1955 and were friends of Rosa Parks. They were also allies in the Montgomery Bus Boycott. The family faced harassment, and bombings because of their involvement in the boycott.
No word yet on a cause of death or any funeral arrangements. He was 92 years old.
We’ll have much more on the life of Reverend Graetz later today on Alabama News Network.
