Woman Seriously Injured in Sunday Night Shooting in Montgomery

A woman is in critical condition in a Montgomery hospital after being shot Sunday night.

Police and fire medics were called to the 700 block of Golden Gate Drive around 10:30 Sunday night in reference to a shooting. On the scene, authorities located an adult female with a life threatening gunshot wound. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Details of the shooting are under investigation.
