(AP) — An infectious disease expert says the low vaccination rate in Alabama is concerning and he is watching to see how many cases rise after the Memorial Day holiday. According to numbers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Alabama has the second-lowest percentage of people vaccinated, ranking only above Mississippi.
