Alabama News Network Political Analyst Steve Flowers: Trump May Run for President in 2024
Alabama News Network Political Analyst Steve Flowers attended former President Donald Trump’s rally in Cullman, and came away thinking Trump may be preparing to run for president in 2024.
“If I had to bet, I bet he would right now because he’s doing these rallies around the country,” Flowers said.
Trump’s rally attracted thousands of supporters who arrived early, braved the rain and stayed late to see the former president. He spoke for about 90 minutes, rebuking the Biden administration on a range of topics.
The rally was held at York Family Farms. Republicans lined up to speak ahead of Trump including U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville, U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks, who has Trump’s endorsement in his race for U.S. Senate, and Lt. Gov. Will Ainsworth.
