Changes Coming to Downtown Prattville
Prattville has a number of new projects causing lots of construction in the downtown area. One of the projects is a new pedestrian bridge that will be placed next to the bridge street bridge that will help keep people from walking on the road.
Another large project is at Pratt park, the old playground was torn down to make room for the new all inclusive playground. which even gives access to kids with special needs or disabilities giving them a place to play. The Pratt park project is expected to be completed by October and will also include public restrooms and other amenities.
