Deadly Wreck on Troy Hwy.

  Montgomery Police say a car accident has left one person dead. The accident occurred Thursday night on Troy Highway at Plaza Drive and involved a pick-up truck and a SUV. Jimmy Lee Hill Escaped inmate, 47-year-old Jimmy Lee Hill, has been recaptured. Hill escaped from the Red Eagle Work Center in Montgomery on Saturday, December 22nd. Hill surrendered to U.S. Marshall’s without incident Sunday evening in Enterprise, Alabama. Hill was serving a life sentence after stabbing a woman to death in Jefferson County.
