A cold night is ahead with a clear sky and a light wind, temperatures will fall into the lower 30s area wide which will allow for another freeze for many locations. The National Weather Service has issued another Freeze Warning for much of Central Alabama overnight.

Another great day of weather ahead…After starting the day off in the 40s in most locations, today will feature a generally sunny sky with highs in the mid and upper 70s. High pressure remains in control of our weather, which will allow for a continued warming trend. Today is featuring a sunny sky with highs in the low to mid 70s.
Ridging starts to build in over the area today, which will allow sunny days and a warming trend. Our Monday will feature a sunny sky with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
Lows will be in the 30s, and Sunday morning should be the coldest with a freeze anticipated with lower 30s. For this reason, a Freeze Watch has been issued for much of Alabama and this will be upgraded to a Freeze Warning over the next 24 hours. Growers beware, this should bring an end to the growing season.
A cold front will move into Alabama later today and will bring rain and a few rumbles of thunder back to Alabama at times. Severe storms are not expected with the main dynamic support passing well to the north and the main window for rain will come from 10AM-8PM.
