Montgomery police have made an arrest in the city’s 45th murder of the year. Authorities have charged Michael Farris, 37, with murder in the shooting death of Rondrick Moseley, 34. The shooting occurred on Tuesday, September, 8 around 12:24 pm. Moseley was pronounced dead at the scene. Farris is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $150,000 bond. …
