Jimmy Lee Hill Escaped inmate, 47-year-old Jimmy Lee Hill, has been recaptured. Hill escaped from the Red Eagle Work Center in Montgomery on Saturday, December 22nd. Montgomery Police are investigating an early Wednesday morning shooting. Capt.
