On September 3, the Prattville Police Department arrested James Richard Cobb, 68, of Prattville on one count of Sexual Abuse of a Minor Less than 12 Years Old (Alabama 13A-6-69.1). Millbrook Police say the city’s library was burglarized Friday. While responding to the burglary alarm at the library, police say they found 34-year-old Christopher Moody outside of the library with an injury. A Millbrook woman is charged with the shooting death of her uncle.
