Two businesses lost their licenses following the Montgomery city council meeting tonight. The city council voted unanimously to revoke the licenses of Empire Entertainment Center and Club Ciroc. Montgomery Woman Sentenced to 11 Years for Her Role in Armed Robbery Spree

On February 12, Diamond Markayla Mathis, 24, of Montgomery, was sentenced to 132 months in federal prison for her role in committing multiple armed robberies and violating federal firearms laws, announced U.S. Attorney Louis V. One man was shot Tuesday morning in Montgomery. An adult male sustained what appears to be a non-life threatening gunshot wound while in the 2000 block of Miller Street. Police are investigating a shooting and a stabbing that happened Tuesday night in Montgomery.
