Small Earthquake Reported Near Aliceville
A small earthquake rattled the ground near the Alabama-Mississippi border. The U.S. Geological Survey reports the 2.6 magnitude earthquake occurred shortly after 3 a.m. Monday morning. The quake was centered about 12 miles south of Aliceville. No damage was reported.
