MPD Makes Arrest in Shooting Death of Montgomery Teen

The Montgomery Police Department has made an arrest in Monday, March 28, 2016, shooting death of 16-year-old Kourtney Richardson of Montgomery. MPD detectives charged Floyd Burnett, 19, of Montgomery, with one count of murder. Burnett turned himself in to MPD detectives on Thursday, March 31.
